You followed every
unwritten rule.
Time to
write your own.
Turns out, “supposed to” is exhausting.
Free discovery call · No pressure
You care about everything.
Managing it has become a full-time job.
You’re burned out. You’ve been carrying things that were never yours to carry.
You keep saying “I just need to get through this week.” That was three months ago.
Your days are full. Your cup isn’t.
The life you built doesn’t quite fit anymore.
You’re good at looking like you have it together. You’re tired of performing it.
You don’t need someone to fix you. You need space to actually think.
You doubt yourself more than you’d like to admit.
You’re not falling apart. You’re paying attention.
You will stop performing your life and start actually living it.
Not someone else’s version. Yours.
How I Help
You already have everything you need.
We figure out where your pieces lead.
You learn to hear yourself clearly again.
The noise gets loud when you’ve spent years putting everyone else first. We slow it down until your own voice is louder than everything else competing for your attention.
You sort out what’s actually yours to carry.
A lot of what’s exhausting you isn’t even yours. We sort through it together and get back to what you actually think, want, and need, so you stop carrying weight that was never meant to be yours.
You stop running on someone else’s timeline.
What looked like inconsistency was actually your values leading you all along. We find the through-line and build a direction that’s yours, not one you inherited or settled into by default.
Movame Method
A compass, not a checklist. The framework is mine. The path is always yours.
Name the Puzzle Pieces
Externalize all the parts of your life so you can finally see what you’re actually working with.
Rebuild the Edges
Set the boundaries that define what’s truly yours to carry, and what isn’t.
Design the Picture
Align your daily life and long-term direction with your values, not someone else’s timeline.
Move with Self-Compassion
Imperfection is part of it. Self-trust grows here, because this is a practice, not a performance.
Think of it as a build your own adventure. There’s no prescribed order.
A Note About My Approach
Sessions start with what’s real, not what’s polished. I’m not here to lead you somewhere I’ve already decided. I’m genuinely curious about what’s underneath. We work through it together until the next step is obvious, and then we figure out the simplest way forward. You already know more than you think. My job is to help you hear it.

Who I Work With
You don’t have to fit neatly into one box.
You’re not here because you failed at the traditional path. You’re here because you followed it and it still didn’t fit.
You’re good at things you don’t actually like. You’ve been praised for them so long you forgot to notice the difference.
You took the practical route because fighting every expectation gets exhausting. That was supposed to be temporary.
The path made sense to everyone around you. It just never quite made sense to you.
You’ve bent yourself into enough shapes trying to fit. You’re tired.
You don’t know what you want. You just know it’s not this. You’re not broken and you’re not behind. You’ve just been building someone else’s adventure.
While Cassi would say that you have the answers to your own questions, I think her life experience and training make finding those answers possible.
When I started working with Cassi, I had specific expectations about the career I wanted. It didn’t take long to realize I was chasing what I thought I should do, not what I actually wanted. Now I’m on a path I’m truly passionate about and I couldn’t be more excited.
You taught me so much about boundaries and it was a huge part of my success going home this past time. I am forever grateful.
I came in overwhelmed and unsure of myself. I left knowing I could do this, and that I didn’t have to do it alone.
Something isn’t fitting.
Let’s find out what.
The first conversation is free. It’s not a sales call.
You bring what’s real. We see where it goes.
