Let’s Get Moving
9 sessions / 3 months

Movame Method

Something bigger is shifting and you know it.
  • The whole picture feels off, not just one thing.
  • You've been running on autopilot so long you're not sure whose life you're living.
  • You're good at what you do and you feel nothing doing it.
  • You're done with quick fixes. You want the real version of this.
Here's what you get:
  • 9 private sessions, one hour each
  • A framework that's mine. A path that's entirely yours.
  • Tools built around how you think, not a template
  • Voice or text support between sessions
The goal: You stop running on autopilot. You leave knowing where you're going and trusting yourself to get there.
I’m In

Both packages start with a free intro session to make sure we're the right fit.

Not sure which option fits? We'll figure that out together.

Already finished a package and want to keep going? Ongoing sessions are available. We’ll figure out the cadence together.

You know yourself better than you think.
You’ve just been too busy figuring everyone else out.

Overextended moms who’ve been running on empty so long they’ve forgotten what they actually want. College students who have been told their whole lives they can do anything, and are now paralyzed by actually having to choose. People approaching a big life shift — retirement, a career change, a relationship they’re trying to figure out. Professionals who are successful on paper but keep feeling the pull toward something else entirely.

What most of them have in common: they've been solving everyone else's problems so long they lost the thread of their own. Capable, curious, pulled in multiple directions, and somewhere along the way they started fitting themselves into a shape that wasn't quite theirs.

Nobody comes to coaching with nothing. You have the pieces. You just can't see how they fit together yet. I'm not here to fix you or hand you a plan. I'm here to help you hear yourself through the noise.

Go ahead. Ask.

How do I know which package is right?
That’s what the free intro session is for. There’s no pressure to decide ahead of time.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Think of it this way. A therapist helps you work through what happened. A consultant tells you what to do next. I'm neither of those. Coaching is a partnership. You do the exploring, I ask the questions, and together we figure out where you are and where you want to go. I'm not diagnosing anything or digging through your past. That's therapy's territory, and it's valuable work. I'm more like therapy's cousin. We're related, but we're doing different things. If I think therapy would serve you better, I'll say so. And if you're already in therapy, coaching can sit right alongside it.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are online via a link I send you. You just need somewhere comfortable, reasonably private, and free enough from distraction that you can actually think. That’s it.
What’s the time commitment outside of sessions?
That’s yours to decide. Most of what happens between sessions is simply noticing: paying attention to patterns, reactions, moments. I sometimes share a tool or worksheet if it feels relevant, but you take what’s useful and leave the rest. I never need to see it. The goal is usually for you to leave each session with something you came up with yourself. If you’re stuck, I might ask if I can offer something. One client spends 10 minutes with a tool. Another takes an hour. Both are doing it right.
Boundaries? I almost closed the tab.
Good. Most people who come to me feel the same way. They don't think they need boundaries. They think they need better time management, or a clearer head, or for everyone around them to just do their part. Sometimes that's true. But usually there's a sorting problem underneath all of it: what's mine to carry, and what isn't? Boundaries aren't about shutting people out or having hard conversations. They're about getting clear on what actually belongs to you so you stop carrying everything else by default. You don't have to become someone who confronts people. You just have to get clear on what you want.

You’ve been figuring this
out alone long enough.

If you’re ready to think out loud with someone who actually gets it, the first session is free. No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation.
