Here’s what gets collected when you use this site or work with Movame, and what happens to it.

1. What Gets Collected

Name and contact information, payment details (handled by Stripe, not stored on this site), scheduling information (through Calendly), and signed agreements (through our e-sign platform). If we work together, Coach also keeps session notes.

2. How It’s Used

To provide coaching services, schedule and bill sessions, and communicate with you. If Coach is pursuing or maintaining ICF credentials, limited information (like your name and session notes) may be shared with the ICF for training or credentialing purposes.

3. Third-Party Tools

This site uses Calendly for booking, Stripe for payment, and an e-sign platform for contracts. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data, and Movame, LLC isn’t responsible for their practices.

4. Data Retention

Coach retains client records, including contact information and session notes, for as long as needed for business and professional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Session content is kept confidential except where required by law, in situations involving risk of harm, or where you’ve agreed to waive confidentiality.

6. Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or ask about the information on file for you by emailing movamecoaching@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

This site and these services are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
