Who I Work With

Honestly,
a pretty wide range.

Overextended moms who’ve been running on empty so long they’ve forgotten what they actually want. College students who are good at a lot of things and have no idea what to do with that. People approaching a big life shift — retirement, a career change, a relationship they’re trying to figure out. Professionals who are successful on paper but keep feeling the pull toward something else entirely.

What most of them have in common: they’re capable, curious, often pulled in multiple directions, and somewhere along the way they started fitting themselves into a shape that wasn’t quite theirs. That’s usually where we start.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You set the direction, and we work together to create clarity and momentum. I’m not here to fix you or hand you a plan. I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things people ask.

I don’t think I’m a boundaries person — is this still for me?
Most people who come to me don’t think they need boundaries. They think they need better time management, or a clearer head, or for the people around them to just do their part. Sometimes that’s true. But usually, underneath all of it, there’s a sorting problem: what’s mine to carry, and what isn’t? Boundaries aren’t about shutting people out or having hard conversations. They’re about getting clear enough on what belongs to you that you stop carrying everything else by default. You don’t have to become someone who confronts people. You just have to get clear on what you actually want. Learn to say it simply, without over-explaining. That’s where we start.
How do I know which package is right?
That’s what the free intro session is for. There’s no pressure to decide ahead of time.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is collaborative and forward-focused. I work with you to explore where you are now, what you want, and how to get there. I’m not diagnosing, treating, or working through past trauma — that’s therapy, and it’s valuable work, but it’s different. Think of it this way: a coach helps you figure out where you want to go and how to move. A therapist helps you work through past experiences that may be blocking you from moving forward. A consultant tells you what to do. I’m none of those last two. If I think therapy would serve you better, I’ll say so honestly. And if you’re already working with a therapist, coaching can complement that work really well — the two aren’t mutually exclusive.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are online via a link I send you. You just need somewhere comfortable, reasonably private, and free enough from distraction that you can actually think. That’s it.
What’s the time commitment outside of sessions?
That’s yours to decide. Most of what happens between sessions is just noticing: paying attention to patterns, reactions, moments. I sometimes share a tool or worksheet if it feels relevant, but you take what’s useful and leave the rest. I never need to see it. The goal is usually for you to leave each session with something you came up with yourself. If you’re stuck, I might ask if I can offer something. One client spends 10 minutes with a tool. Another takes an hour. Both are doing it right.

You don’t have to
untangle this alone.

If something in you is ready for clarity, support, and a calmer way forward, let’s talk.
